I've searched a little but felt like it might be quicker to ask because I don't really know what to exactly search for. If I have a 240 I'm buying but not in my possession but, I do have the VIN is there anyway to look up or tell if it has ABS or factory LSD? It is an SE model so I know there is the chance but the guy I'm getting it from knows nothing about 240s and just bought it to drive because he liked the car, when I asked him about it he didn't even know 240s came with abs and didn't even know how to check, so I'm just curious what info I can get with the VIN, I did a carfax and it's clean I just want to know more Thanks in advance guys.



Being TR I'm expecting the flaming so I don't mind a little....

look for abs under the hood, and do a burnout and see what happens.
they had super hicas in the lower stripe usually too.

I know how to look for this stuff and if I had the car I would look for the LSD myself, and I didn't disclose this in the first post but it's a shell so doing the burnout part will have to wait until I get the car and put the motor I'm picking up Saturday in it and can drive it to do the burnout... Thanks again though repped for a response without giving me crap!

well, if you see ps. stuff running to the rear it had factory lsd and abs.
dont know why anyone would want that stuff though, personally.
