Default Won't go into gear after swap wtfbbq?

So i finaly got my car off the jack stands and started and now it wount go into gear. car started off with 5 spd but i bought a motor that had an auto tranny. bolted the motor to my 5spd tranny, put the motor in now when the car is on it just doesnt want to go in gear. when car off goes in gear fine. any clues as to what i should check? please any ideas are welcome.

could it be cuz it needs more bleeding? looks like the slave is moving the litle arm from the tranny

Sounds like the throw out bearing or something wasn't on there right. Even if you didn't touch them when you took the tranny on and off, they might have still been bumped hard enough to mess something up.
As for the slave, it is supposed to move something like two inches, (can't remember at the moment)
Also, did you replace the pilot bearing? the auto one is different than the 5 spd one...

well when you pull the tranny back off to check for the throw out bearing issue, change the pilot bearing. In my experience, the pilot bearing won't cause a problem with going into gear at first, and after a while you have to double shit and rev match perfect, but it will still go in gear. you've got another problem than the pilot bearing...

maybe cuz it needs to be bled more? would that cause it? the clutch fork moves but a tad bit.
