Default head building questions

i have a sr and im daily driving the car. i also have a top mount t3/t4 installed. im looking to have just over 400 at the wheel and i was wondering what all i need and if it will be reliable and safe. i will be rom-tuning after its done.

so far i have-
hks 272 step 2 cams, a cometic headgasket, and nismo 740cc injectors

i was told i'll need adjustable cam gears but idk?
and i planned on-
bc springs with titanium retainers
rocker stoppers
arp head studs
new valve seals

is there else i should get and is there anyone with similar setups? i'd like to hear how they like it and if they've had any problems

lmk thanks

you should be fine with what you have.
dont bother with port and polish, or fancy valve jobs. not much room for improvement, if anything, just take a file and smooth out the ports.

I've heard the rocker arm stoppers are a bad idea, mainly because if you take the RPMs too high then the arms hit the stoppers and shatter. I've only heard that from a couple of people so if someone could either back me up or set me straight I'd appreciate it cause i was thinking of installing some.

with the exception of the shattering part, thats kinda what they are supposed to do...
I've never heard of them shattering before....
