Will a sohc KA Tranny work with a dohc engine

Like the title says need to know asap.

yes, all ka's are interchangeable except for s14s, they have a sensor not used on previous odb1s

just swap the belhousings and you can use it with all engines that come in the 40 believe.

i have a single cam gear box on my SR

SR's have different bellhousings, hence the need for the work. as far as KAs go, yes, they interchange.

the speed sensors are different too... not that it isnt and easy fix....

the speed sensor is only different between S13 and S14
