How would i run the injector harness through the intake manifold?
Really trying to clean up the look of the engine, gonna take some tlc and time but here's what I've got so far.



Any tips and tricks to hide some of the wires and run the injector harness through the intake manifold are really appreciated.

 

its a bit of a pain with the motor still in the car... basically, you have to run the entire harness through the intake manifold... my advice, pay attention to detail and be careful... its one of those "JDM hands" type of jobs...

 

the ka intake manifold is already pretty restricted, this is probably going to reduce airflow even more won't it?

 

lol th1nk.....yep Id say running the harness THREW the intake manifold is a bad idea...might have air flow issues wink' wink'.

 

why does everyone think that?
who said the intake manifold was that restricted? if thats a restricted manifold, I'd like someone to show me a good manifold...

Its really tight in there but you could do it. I wouldnt but im not all worried about looks im more into the go.

 

i did it. its easy. really all you need to do is pull the main engine harness through the back of the intake manifold.
