ka24de issues pt.2
well I posted a while back about my ka acting up but the plot thickened today. I have since the original issue went through all the basic cheap easy fixes such as: plugs, wires, dis. rotor, fuel filter etc. and still had the running on 2 cylinders issue ocassionally on warm starts. so today it wouldnt fire up at all but it would turn over. i tried for about 30 minutes with out luck then instead of givin it a little gas i put the pedal to the floor and crank it and it starts. im thinking it may be the tps, or something with the fuel system. i was just curious if anyone else may have an answer. i greatly appreciate any help. its a obd2 95ka btw.

well im hoping to narrow it down more tomorrow. it ran perfect today until about an hour ago. it did the exact same thing then eventually fired up once i floored it. im almost sure its something simple, like you said it may be spark or fuel. i did a compression test recently and ran 200 across all 4 so thats good, and did the things listed above. im gonna upgrade the fuel pump while im at it tho and plug it up and get a reading cause it is obd2. appreciate the feedback.

well as of right now shes been runnin, but i know the problem is still not fixed. im gonna pick up a walboro today and try that out. for some reason i think its not gonna be the fix tho. im also thinkin maf could be screwy so ill probly replace that next and give her a good ol sea foam treatment. i checked the vac lines and they all seem to be in place. ill let you guys know, and if anyone has anymore suggestions please lmk. thanks

well again today same thing, ran great then wouldnt crank on a warm start and finally did after keeping the pedal floored. i got the walbro just need to install i also picked up some mafs cleaner. i tried pulling the fuel pump fuse today to get it started and no luck that rules out that issue.
