Default local engines?

Well after getting some really shitty news today about my mortgage possibly going up to $1,700 a month it's looking like I may have to postpone my build ( fucking insurance companies). Is there any place locally that would sell a TT engine for my car? I know of a few places to get one online, but I'd like to see if I can find one close by first. Any help is appreciated.

And if anyone with a shop that can get one is looking at this PM me with a price please

Thanks man, it sucks but if it does happen it should only be for a year. It figures though, I've been waiting for months and now that I was 3 weeks from ordering everything I get this.
