the motor was shit, put the new motor in and the amp shit out... just sucks because i re soldered it got it fixed then went to make it pretty for some reason and fucked it up

new amp is already on its way though


reply to thread, picked up new DP, and installed new Greddy oil pan on the SR

 

well got it running good bleed out the clutch system went to go test drive it and a friend smelt fuel looked underneth and raw fuel was dripping by the exhaust. so i pulled the carpet away and removed the pump cover to find it spraying out of the side of the hose... so me and a friend are about to drop the god damn tank....shitty i keep running into all these little problems

 

Cylinder head is finished, and the crank is back in the block.

Tomarrow pistons get new rings, and rod bearings get replaced then head gets bolted back on and the engine build will be almost complete.

My motor will be finished next week. I would be done sooner but im going camping this weekend and taking a break from the car.

My deadline of it running by the end of the month still stands.

 

Got back home from surf pilgrimage to the east coast. Car drove like a champ the whole time and got me there and back with $30 of gas, starting with a quarter.
