and to reply to the thread, i got the broken bolt out and got the upper oilpan back on today

 

putting S14 Se 5lug/brakes/wheels on soon and I put the dualcam frontend on few days ago..

 

well in the next few days going to be pulling the motor out again.
then sending it to my uncles place in orlando for him to pull the bottom end of the motor out. the crank is getting balanced and maybe shaved a little cuz of the rod knock wont know till its out. all its getting is timing chain set,bearings main & rod, check the oil pump, front & rear seals.the piston rings are still good has 205-215 comp two days before rod knock. just a simple bottom end OEM build cuz this one is my DD

Replaced my bad front bearings. Apparently you really need some sort of cap for the front. I've been running this 5-lug setup for years without the bearing dust cap, but my wheels had center caps. Now that my wheels don't have them, it looks like water got in there. The front bearings aren't sealed, they're just preassembled. Make sure you're running some sort of cap!

Pulled the front sheetmetal off of my gray car, got a cage and put the JDM tails on it. Installed the speed panel and mudflap on the green car. I'm beat.
