THe ITB's were built using stock manifold. cut and welded Gxr throttle bodies. I'm sure they'll fill you in alittle betterthan that, thats just what i recall

 

I built ITB's for another car using gxr throttle bodies and I didn't know if that was used here.

I wonder if the ka a pita to tune? I never could get my last project tuned on itb's but it was a 1.6L sohc honda...

 

gixer 750 itbs were used.. on stock choped ka mani as imkemk stated above.. an ems will be used for tuning..that way it can be run off a map sensor eliminating the maf sensor

yeah i got it now. and thanks pete. im doing 5 lug saturday along with new ball joints and tie rod ends. it needs them

Yeah, that fender will buff out with an orbital sander.

 

well fired my tranny today crazy shit or i should say yesterday.now 2morrowi get to put my old one back on. somehow my tranny ate through 2 quarts of gear oil and now while im in any gear it slips. it feels like the clutch is slipping but new clutch and it only does it when its warm wierd. i would think a 5 speed trans going out with no fluid would lock up or grind every gear but nope just slips so bad that you cant gain speed.
so my day has been shitty.............
