Jordan, I was trying to get ahold of the kid, and have no intention of keeping this car.

I am trying to get him to see reason, and just give me the money owed to pay for everything, and he can gladly have the car back. I have never stolen a car, and the thing with Sean was Kenny's doing, not mine. If he would have actually called me that day and acted like a reasonable adult, instead of just going straight to cussing me out, and threatening me, then coming to my work and doing the same thing, he would have realized that he could have the car back anytime, as long as I am compensated for money lost.

I have no respect for car thieves, and do not plan on joining their ranks anytime soon, and I have certainly never stolen a car. And this situation is no different. If you would like to tell your friend to just pay the money owed, he can come pick up the car, and I will happily resign a new title, and meet him at the DMV to finally get this thing out of my name, and out of my responsibility. All you car whores should really start registering cars, so you don't have problems like this.

And everyone else should not post things online about things they have no idea about. Bet you didn't know about a little thing called slander? That's exactly what this is. Defamation of character, as I did nothing really wrong.

Cops were the ones that told me to get the car out of the impound and told me to only release the vehicle back to him, when I have been fully compensated for all lost money. He doesn't think that is reasonable, and wants to try to take the car back by force, then he can try to take me to court, and I will gladly appear before a judge and present my case.

i was told you wanted to charge him $1000 for maybe $400 worth of impound/towing fees? idk, i guess if he doesn't want to pay for the impound fees then keep it. The kid gave me a 100% different story.

 

I actually calculated all owed fees with a police officer, and total damage is right under $1000. If he wants, give me $970, and use the other $30 to transfer the title.

I have said to him that I am willing to give him the car back without a problem, as long as I am fully compensated for all the money. Jordan, I used to consider you a friend, and you should know I'm not a car thief. I gave Sean somewhere around $1100 minus the impound fees I paid for.

I am not planning on "stealing" this car from the kid, I just want my money, and he doesn't want to do it that way. Hence me telling him I'll keep it until he takes me to court.

not something i did, but i got bad gas today, wanted to go to hess but all the pumps had lines so went to a citgo. luckily, only put a little in bc we were on the way to the weight station to weigh it for them move. after we weighed it and stuff, driving around, bitch kept stalling out! had to coast thru an intersection, gimped it over to a gas station, checked every thing out bc we were like wtf this this is brand new. no engine light on, guages all looked good, didn't see any burnt fuses or relays. so we hoped that since nothing was going off it was the gas. so we filled it up with some prem mobil gas and everythings been fine since! yay!

 

That sucks. And I went to put gas in my car last night, and it seemed like every gas station in town was sold out of everything.
