Think I have a coolant leak. Checked everything and it's tight and no signs of leaks. Hmmm.

Car drives great, even in the rain.

Put a new driveshaft on it. 1-piece aluminum from shaftmasters. Go check out their stuff! They have an ebay store where they're selling them way cheaper than the forums and their webstore. I got mine for $245 shipped. No additional noise compared to a stock DS and way quieter than other aluminum shafts I've had. This one has an internal vibration damper.

Played with alignment. Now I can hook 2nd at medium boost. Took out some camber and made the camber curve a little less agressive. Now I need to push the fenders out a little more.

Became a mod again. Can't wait to balete some know-it-all, off-topic posts.

And it needs to stop F-ing raining.

How much camber are you running? I want to take out some camber on my car soon now that I pulled the rear fenders. -3* is killing them quick even with minimul toe.

I have an eastwood roller if you can use if you need one.

I went down to about 1.5*. I've done that before and been fine on the fenders, but now I've lengthened the traction arms by 3/8" to reduce the camber gain under compression. That's what's getting the fenders. I think I can just tap them down a bit with a hammer, but I might take you up on the eastwood.

Ever get those rear calipers working?

Havent gotten around to them, I think they just need to be taken apart and cleaned out. The bleeder valves were gunked up. I'll probably do it in a few weeks.

Just let me know, I did the hammer thing awhile back and wasnt very happy with it. Im really happy with how the roller pulled the fenders though.

I think Im going to go back to about -2* all the way around. I haven't touched the outer 1 1/2 of my rear tires. after less than a month im probably 2/16ths from the wear bars on the inside of the rears.

it drove...

the steering is loose, like all your moms. i can whip the wheel back and forth and it wont do shit, then it just autopilots all over the place. the rear is fine, nice and smooth so far. i gotta get underneath and get the tie rods adjusted tomorrow at least to the point i can make it to tampa for an alignment.

gotta check the torque on the knock sensor also to make sure it's not overtightened.

car feels so rich up top, something holding it back. as soon as it drives straight, must tune badly. i must be down like 50hp and getting horrible mpg.
