Talked to my cage builder today and he told me it wont be done friday. There go's going to pbir friday when almost nobody will be there because of XDC. I shwell, Im kinda glad the first drift test will be at desoto on the 22nd.

hey chris, do i spy a turbo spool valve on that hot side? if so, that'll help with all that lag.

 

I think you spy a bracket to hold the behemoth up, inspector clouseau.

 

All what lag? It's only a little bit bigger than the one they ran on the 2.2L S15, and now they'll have 50%+ more displacement. It's all relative. A little anti-lag never hurts either.

I quick search of the internet says there aren't a lot of crazy VQ's out there. Brams Racing has one that does 1800bhp with twin BW's, but that looks like the only one with real drag racing development. The Lazcano 350Z is running 6's at over 200mph, but they're running a VG30 in there. There are a couple 1000whp street builds as well. I can't wait to see some of the part that come out of Mazworx's engine development!

 

B&M shifter got here today, roof spoiler arrived yesterday, bought a VC gasket today, and a trip to the JY failed. Now to finish putting back the engine. Who has had experience with the shifter? Does this one vibrate just like all others? Ive heard mixed reviews on them.

Ohhhh anyone has a engine harness they want to get rid of?

 

I had to use my oem bushing and mine never vibrates
