yeah, i remember those, they looked clean on a S13, although i think it's too much "bling" for my car...

burgy had/has those set of 5 spokes with the slight concave face, I'd prob rock those as sweet spares, i would buy em, but it takes money out of my wheel/tire savings...

 

I dont think its too blingy, I think it would go well with the blue paint. You can get a set of those 17s for like 200 from a junkyard, and less from someone who put wheels on their q45..

Real wheels are cool, but Ill use that $1500ish to buy 3 full sets.

 

18" Murano 5 spokes are the best OEM Nissan wheel, IMHO. As long as they're going on a bigger body car, and you're not a fag about ZOMG Liiip!

Jason was actually rolling on MY wheels. I let him borrow them for awhile. Just makes sure you get the Q45 Anniversarry editon wheels and not the I35 version. They are different offsets. They are now back on my car and I run a 205/50 on them so they are stretched a little but still have enough side wall for comfort. Should be replacing them soon but theyu will go in storage as my spares for either one of our cars etc.

 

Probably a very minute difference of offset. Something you couldn't see with the human eye.

 

joe, what's the sizing on those muranos again? and a price? those would look better than the SE's for a while, and if they're cheap enough, why not.



on topic, i pulled and stripped the S13 subframe today, tomorrow gonna blast it, and the arms, and burn out the bushing that need burning and remove the ones that can be easily pulled, and start prepping everything for paint while the ES bushings come in.

 

Offset difference from the Q's to the I35s is like 8-9 mm.

Muranos are 18x 7.5 + 35 I believe. And I was asking $420 packaged and shipped. Obviously pick up would be a much better price.

Yeah, I have them as 18x7.5 but I thought the offset was +30. I think they're supposed to be 5mm better offset than the Altima SE-R wheels (which are also 18x7.5).

They look sweet on that Q. My wife won't let me lower her Altima.
