Yeah I know you were talking about the setup, but Tim and I think Dan were talking about different pads. I remember looking them up, but don't remember the name.

I was reading about hawk HPS, after reading Marshall's thread. Seems like a lot of people have squealing problems with them.

I've run Hawk HPS on everything from my S13, to my M3, to my Volvo. Tons of dust, but grab hard and I've never had squealing issues.

Just make sure you seat them correctly and turn the rotors or run new rotors.

I never had any issues with them and the dusting was mainly in the rear because they would drag.

Carbotech is the brand your looking for, they're expensive and hard to find and not worth it unless you need track pads.

No, its wasnt carbotech. I want to say, it was something "gold". It was a less exensive pad, that was a decent upgrade.

Maybe thats where the gold came from, but thats not the brand either. It wasnt a pad that you could get from auto parts stores.

On my way home from work last night little fucker in a white eg hatch that was all modded tried to follow and pass me......where I work is littered with hondas, its sickening. You ocala/marion folks know what I'm talking about.

Today, while incedentilly looking outside while talking to another fellow TR member deffinately saw a midnight blue R32 GTS looked like, didn't see a GTR badge but it may be, had darkish/black rims, may have been black s14 se's or somthing...driving by, didnt expect to see that on 484, anyone know him, never seen it before?

that's DESERTEAGLE50's old GTS4 he just sold/traded that kid.... and those wheels are SSR's...

nice car, clean as shit, beat my GTR, rofls...

oh, and easiest way to distinguish a GTR from a, well, non GTR, is look at the fenders and 1/4's... GTR's have factory wideody, whereas the GTSx's are broad sided..
