PSA: 17x9 +20 with a 235-40 tire is the perfect fitment for stock rear S13 fenders with camber between -1.5* ~ -2* (camber varies with tire since not all 235's are the same width.) It will sit similar to what Tim's car looks like in my sig.

So as long as you have decent tires, this set up is good for anyone with around 275ftlbs of torque or less and makes for a pretty balanced set up with progressive break away of traction.

You're welcome 4 people in Nissan tech with taste.

I found myself wanting to go with 9+45's on an S13 for traction with S14 subframe. 275's (or 26x10.5's) and 1* camber was the goal. S-chassisis have a pretty radical camber curve once you put about 2" of drop on it.

Yeah, since I cant bump the R33 wheels to +45-55 offset, i'm just going to do rear 30mm, I still dont understand why no company has ever just stamped some 30mm metal quarters, that would be awesome, oh well, rivet nuts and stainless hardware will suffice.

I'm figuring on running 235/45 or 245/40 starspecs on it.

I had 17x9 +20 with 215/45/17, took me 2.2* to fit them in the rear.

If I had 350ft/lbs I'd want that too, but Patricks old car only has about 270ish so I dont need that much tire. I'll probably swap to an S14 subframe in the next month or so and run the traction rods at 8.5" like my old car. So far its pretty balanced even with Federal 595s. I figure NT05's and a remove some of the toe-in and I'll be happy.

Next set of wheels will be 9.5" +38 and I'll space them out as needed.

You wont even need a pull for that. Just run +22 to +24 offset and they'll fit fine epecially since you wont be super low.
