Does anyone know which ground the ecu uses to ground the injectors? Does it run through any plugs, like the gray one near the battery?

The injectors are grounded through the ECU. The ECU has low side drivers. The ECU gets its ground from the 2 ring terminals that bolt to the intake manifold. It's possible to blow up injector drivers, but uncommon. Your injectors should have 12V constantly.

They have power constant, but it doesn't seem that they are getting ground.

So the injectors are now getting a ground from the ecu, but it doesn't seem she is getting any fuel. It's started twice on starting fluid and idled for a few seconds.

The maf is currently disconnected. Where should I look?

:EDIT:
Started it again with starting fluid it won't start on it's own. Once it's running it will continue to run if i throttle it, even after the starting fluid has worn off.
