Thinking about getting a personal grinta wheel. But I hate not being able to know what the damn thing feels like beforehand.

 

Its nice, go for the 350mm though, 330mm is a bit small. I like dished wheels more though, I think they're easier to control.

Grinta style wheels are good for cars that dont have to actually turn 360* Like when your on a race track. Dished wheels are nicer for when you need to loop past 360* and do it quickly.

 

Did you have the leather or polyurethane one?

And any suggestions on a relatively good priced dished wheel?

 

I had a 330mm leather. They only come in leather and suede afaik.

Momo Mod 07 or Mod 08 are around 180$ are pretty awesome. 07 is 70mm dish, 08 is 90mm dish or something like that. Check ebay there are a ton of them on there.

Right now I have a 350mm x90mm dished leather Mod 08 knock off and its awesome for being 35$ peice of shit. I'll probably get a real Mod 08 later this year.

 

Saw a sohc coupe in largo with no hood, driving like a fucking retard trying to show off.

Other than that, I towed my old hardbody up to my brothers house. Long ass drive in a monster truck, fun as hell.

 

Did an oil change and adjusted the suspension, stiffer on all 4 corners, and lowered the front about 2 complete spins down.

 

Tighened up a loose motor mount and spent the rest of the day working on the bike.

 

took her out for a spin while turning some heads, off to the garage for some metal work

 

Realized my car is stupid low. I can't even drive over 30mph in my neighborhood without scraping my front lip on all the little dips. And getting out of my driveway was extremely painful

 

realized my car was also too low with the Dmax front bumper, and threw on a 180sx type x replica bumper. Looks good. Also realized that I need new brake rotors. anyone got 5lug swap? not looking to dump money into 4 lug shit.
