I dunno, I think I blew a gasket or hose somewhere on the intake manifold. It sounds like I have a pretty bad vacuum leak. Also the oil-dipstick either got shot out or I didnt put it in all the way because after two laps I had oil all over the bay. Haven't had that issue again though so I think I just didnt put it in all the way because I was in a rush.

Why was it stuck shut?

Epstien also pointed out why my boost controller isnt working correctly. I guess your not supposed to tape off the extra port on the waste gate solenoid.

Your car hauled serious ass today. I'm kinda glad that I didn't drive today because I wouldn't have been able to keep up. You drove the piss out of the car, and I don't have that kind of car control.

So the ride home was uneventful? Pull the plugs and see what's going on. If that checks out, do a boost leak test. That oil event could just be something as dumb as oil sloshing over the dipstick hole and the natural crankcase pressure pushed it past the partially installed dipstick.

Haha thanks. I was really fighting the car. Its nothing like driving in the mountains where its smooth sailing. I know there is way more left in the car too. But once I got it dialed in on the second and third sessions it was pretty awesome. Not bad considering it was my second driving event ever. I wish I had a set of 255's up front like last time, I know I would of been atleast .5 seconds faster and been chasing for a 48 second lap time.

If it doesn't storm to bad I'm going to check all that stuff, plus do a leak down test just in case and probably change the oil even though is still looks pretty good.

The drive home it was pretty much fine, it would hold idle for a few seconds the just slowly drop till it'd pretty much stall but it was kinda progressive and it wasnt shaking or doing anything crazy. I also got the car to go from a stop in 2nd pretty easily. Its a little sluggish, but it was boosting fine though I didnt go over lie 3-4psi.

i never once opened my hood today, and drove the living fuck out of my car to the point of getting a talking to, and being told to "take it down a notch".
i also dont really even know what i ran.
nexens are the worst tires on the fucking planet.

i still am not really sure. i ended up drilling a hole through the rivet that the latch rotated on.
