90* coupler coming off the intercooler going to cold pipe is collapsing or practically getting sucked shut when its running, then un-collapses when I shut the car off.
Also un recirculated the BOV and the car would idle but would stall when I gave it throttle. Put hand over BOV outlet and the car would instantly stall. Hooked the recirc line back up and now it wont idle, but if I give it throttle it will hold steady at 2k with my foot on the gas.
So I still have a few things to figure out.
But I got the 20 minute break in done with out any serious issues.

No clue, I'll put a vacuum gauge on it when I get home and see if I can figure it out.
Intake filter is loud as fuck and I can feel plenty of air getting sucked through it. I'm going to change out the turbo outlet gasket tonight too and see if that does anything.
BOV might actually be leaking at the flange. I'm going to swap it out with a friends and see what that does.

Maybe you'll have to find something like the stock intake that has a wire inside to support it...

Good point. The coupler is kinda big so that could be it. I wasnt sure if the was enough vacuum to allow that to happen and I havent got into boost yet to see if it pops out.
I guess I'll cut up some 2.5" tubing and stuff it in there for support and see if that fixes the issue.
