I'm with the other guy around here who has some sense, way too much going on for me though.

 

Its just temporary, until I trust the haltech monitoring system.

The haltech can (with the firmware being released in 2 weeks) monitor:

oil temp
oil press
boost press
fuel press
EGT on each cylinder
coolant temp
AFR

and throw the check engine light whenever any of those exceed set parameters.

Eventually, I won't have any gauges at all.

For the record, it's on a 2.2L SR20 with solids and a TS 3076r. Should scoot pretty well.

just did my thermostat today, after bypassing the heater core yesterday, and still overheating. hopefully its nothing plugged up beyond the thermostat......... :/

 

Did you put the thermostat in upside down?

which way is upside down? lol

 

oh god. if you didnt buy your thermostat from the stealership or a nismo, that could also be the problem. cheapo's stick closed.
