Even when you put the Oem Nissan cupholders in S13's, it cocks them at a angle.

 

That's a good idea. Michael's sells resin kits and catalyst, I wanted to try that method out for a S13 one (make a mold, pop off a few of them).

 

That works too, I just figured I'd machine one. I need to practice using the Mill anyways and acetel/delrin is like cutting butter with that thing.

I also found new OEM head studs for 35$ so that makes my life a lot easier.

 

Delrin is awesome to work with on the mill.

 

Wish we had anything other than just aluminum bits for our mill.

 

Aluminum cutting mill ends? You can get acetel locally from a few places.

 

my roommate has this sweet cupholder in his 993 that bolts to the passenger seat frame and holds the drink a little off the floor. i need to get one i think.
