not really trying to offend you, but the only 2 people who dont drive track days ill listen to on this are longfellow, and epstein. and even them, not as much as people that drive more. i dont care about what "should" happen. only what WILL happen.

another way to look at this is, okay, obviously im reducing some front lateral grip by going from a 235 to a 225, but not a huge amount i dont think.
obviously 245 all around would be ideal, but think of it this way. these tires are 160$ each. am i going to get enough front grip to justify 320$, when i could probably just drive different?

 

Since you already have the tires, why not just try them and then upgrade after knowing what you like more.

im guessing youre talking about fast, i dropped the ball on that, but i just signed up for corvette club on the 23rd.
hopefully i fix my tranny before then, or ill just drive the bmw, no big deal.

 

god i miss driving my car. i cant wait for my first event with this new motor set-up. im going to look like a ass hat for sure, but it will be fun regardless haha
