Datsun Dreaming
I installed my Jonnie Fraz brace last night and it is absolutely amazing. I immediately noticed right when I pulled out of the driveway how much better steering and braking was.
My car doesn't break down either. Sometimes annoying shit happens, like loose brake line at an autocross, but nothing like some of the people that post here.

I never had a problem with my 240's... The worst thing for me was my battery died from sitting to long once?? But I maintained my car pretty well.

What? Didn't your motor blow up? On the way home from Georgia?
I think most of you guys saying you haven't had problems aren't remembering all the stupid little things that break. I maintain my 240's as well, but they're 20 year old cars. They break parts. They leak. They rattle. They have a lot of the same problems that give Land Rover's a bad rap. If I paid $50k for a car, I would be pissed about little problems too!
There's tons of "You know you own a 240sx when..." threads that list all the stupid shit that breaks.

And on a slight positive note, mine is a Discovery Series II. Most of the shitty Lucas electronics were replaced with Bosch electronics. So it shouldn't suck quite so much

It let go because if a shit aftermarket part that I should have never put on it. The year before I did the same trip when the car had over 190k with out issue (pre wreck). Even after the wreck I've had pretty much no real issues with the car. Since I put the new motor in 5 months ago, I've changed the oil and changed a radiator and thats it.
Here's example, I re-installed my A/C system that has over 200k miles on it because I didnt put it back in right away when I got the car back together, charged it with R134 and it's been working for the last 7 months and 7-8k miles with out issue.
So yeah my car is still pretty reliable and dosnt break often.

Oh that's right. An oil filter relocation or something failed... right?

I put a whopping 400 miles on it since I got it in June. That's more than I've ever put on any of my cars.
