I was just wondering how your going to get your springs and retainers on with the head still on. I've heard people can do it but it sounds like a real bitch to do it that way.

Thats why I was asking. I figured you were going to pull the head and install the new stuff and maybe relap the valves. If thats the case you'll need a new head gasket. Cosworth head gaskets are only 135$ at phase2.

Eric and everyone who is interested in doing this event: do the desoto event in December first for practice to get used to the drifting thing, Theres PLENTY of run off at Tropicana field but if its 3rd gear entry you might want some practice so you can at LEAST do top of 2nd entry and not shave a lot of speed like a little girl.. If you go to desoto in December I'll show you. Its going to be a competition feel event, so it wont be so stressful drifting in front of a lot of people.

Springs & retainers are no problem with the head on, air hold adapter to the spark plug hole hooked to an air compressor, proceed as usual.
