I'd source a top mount manifold, makes life ALOT easier.. and you'd have to worry less about melting stuff. (Devils advocate... How about a jgs manifold with a holset hy35 or hx35) both are internally gated if you don't like beast noises, and can also be switched to an external gate if that's your forte. They are stupid cheap too.. The only reason I'd say go jgs/log style is the simple fact that their manifolds are designed to survive a nuclear holocaust.

You'll never flow enough to take advantage of one. People push 5-600whp through a stock 60mm TB. I think your 300whp will be fine

well my front end as been squeaky lately come to find out it is my lower ball joints shitting out.and it is making my dr front tire rub my coils and is starting to eat into the tire so now i need to replace them...

I was thinking they same thing, there are plenty of cars making 300hp with far less overkill going on

Well... it's a matter of I want to learn how to do all this. And doing it to my own car I can't really get in too much trouble. If it fucks up I'll have to buy a new motor... But for the experience, I think it's worth it.

I have about 5 pages of notes on each step I am undertaking. Also, I like that my fluid dynamics knowledge is coming in handy for once.
