if i have a noise in my 240 when i press in the clutch is that my throw-out bearing or is that something else.. and if it is my bearing how hard is that to replace?? and the cost?? just wondering

 

i had a car that did the same thing u need a throw out bearing. depending on where u go to how much it would cost

 

its not difficult to replace bud, but it is a couple hour job seeing on how u will need to remove entire tranny

but it could be a couple things, so research a little more before confirming and doing the job

a throw out bearing, itself, i'm not sure, but you can always get one from the junk yard.
it isn't hard to replace, you just have to pull your tranny.....

they come with clutches usually, but im sure you can buy one they cant be much so i wouldnt go junk yard...

and hows your clutch feel? maybe go ahead and replace while you got everything off

 

ok, i jus bought one for my ka tranny for 20 brand new from autozone, but the noise should stop when u press the clutch most likely, but itll cost bought 100 bucks to put in
