don't waste the cash on a chip that fools your car into thinking you're giving it more throttle when you really aren't.
not worth your money.

yeah... 98.9734% of all of those performance chips just alter the signals sent to the ECU so the ECU thinks that it needs to dump more gas. Sure it makes some more power, but not the way you want to. you'd be better off spending that money on getting a real tune. even stock engines can get a little bit out of a good tune.

oh and anyone that tells you that those chips do all sort of amazing things and make 50 HP and all that crap, probably drives a POS domestic and thinks he's fast because its a big engine...
so don't listen to them...

for a ka24de they don't make much of a difference. intake, headers, exhaust and a good set of wires and a crane cams coil will probably do better than those chips. or put it on a dyno and see how's it doing.....

intake/headers/exhaust.
lightweight pulleys
lightweight flywheel
dual exhaust cams
single cam pistons
z32 maf
(or ITBs if you're really going for it)
some major tuning

there are plenty of little things (and big depnding on how you look at it) to add power, the question i have for you is, how much power are you looking to get and how much money do you have?

if your car has alot of miles... better yet.... if it has more than 75,000 miles, then rebuild it. a heathy engine makes more power than an old beaten down engine....
