I think the best idea for a road course meet would to be looking into Gainseville Roadcourse. The shot from the air doesn't look like an impressive course, but they do offer a "test and tune" pretty much once a month. 40 bucks for a 10am-4pm session. seems most viable, but it does say something about cars being up to SCCA standards or something. I know the Z guys were havin a track day there, might wanna ask them

*edit* it says SCCA standards only apply to "racecars" regular cars must "pass a basic tech inspection" so i think most of us would be in the clear, though helmets are a must

the information i posted for Gainseville Road Course IS for YOUR car, no go-karts. so calm down and read a lil bit. 40 bucks seems like a damn fair price for 6 hours on a closed course in your own personal vehicle, besides, its 40 bucks, go mow a couple of lawns or somethin j/p with ya man

i hear ya man, expensive hobbies on crap income does suck. i remember the 125 dollar, 2 week pay checks going to fixing random things on some of my not so well of cars, shit sucked.

anyways we need to figure this shit out, I mention it on a convertible forum and a few people have shown some enthusiasm. If we do the road course, can we wait till like august so i can get caged up?
