Sr Gov?
I did try only the od position (4th 5th gear sensor) and the speed cut was still there. only when both were disconected did it go away. And yes your right Addicted2boost you wont have a speedo and a rom tune is the correct way to go but some of us less fortunate cant afford those sort of things.
def dont have the $ for a tune, but the others sounds worthy, thanks alot guys for the help, and yes the feeling of walking saomeone to 120 and then getting left...is quite depressing lol

Its not hard and it wont affect anything, it takes all of 10 minutes. On S13 KA's you can just run an automatic ecu. Dont know if the same works for the SR

all SR's are speed limited to 112mph, but the accuracy of your speedometer + tire sizes/variances will affect that.
from a stop, you shouldnt have to run to 120mph unless you have an 11 second car. if you're ahead of your opponent at about 100, that should be it. if not, call it a tie and live to see another day.

mine goes above 112. It goes to at least 120. And accuracy of your speedo in relation to actual speed has nothing to do with what the speedo reads at the speed cut because the speed signal is taken directly from the drivetrain and is constant in relation to engine RPM. Unless you change gear ratios in your tranny
