ok guys a little update for you. This is the problem at hand since we are keeping this open.
Asia purchased a ka swap from import corner back in november. He states that he was driving it and all of a sudden blown headgasket. Mind you this is now feb. and i did give him the 30 day start up warranty, like every other shop would. He did run into one problem of a missing sensor, that i did say i would try to get my hands on, and did not contact him back. I never heard from him again about it so i figured he got it himself. Durning the phone call to let me know the part was missing he said, i swapped the motor and it runs and sounds nice.So i am talkin with asia now to see if i can help him, even though he is way out of his 30 day warranty on used motor, and the fact he called me and said it runs good. Plus if it would have been a issue within the 30 day, my bussiness was still up and running, and even if the numbers were off he would have made a post just like this one, back then. So it is feb. he bought the motor last nov. and now the motor has a blown head gasket, and i must honor my 30 day warranty he states. I was also told i covered a leak with eletrical tape? I stated what kind of leak could i have covered with that? I am posting this cuz if everyone feels it is worthy of this thread staying open, i personally have no problem, filling everyone in on what issue we have.
