Default I'm officially out of Ideas on what else to check on my 93 KA-T.

I'm officially out of Ideas on what else to check on my 93 KA-T. I've tried all suggestions recommended and can't find the problem. I had another post on this, but thought I would start a new one. This has been a major pain in the rear end. The problem comes and goes. One second the car would run like a bat out of hell, next min. it falls flat on its A$$. Still produces boost, but does not pull at all. (Won't even break traction.) You can floor the car and the RPM's would rise slowly, It's like timing is being pulled back way tooooo much. When the car is running fine the tires just spin through 1st, 2nd and when it grips it moves out. (Clutch will even slip at times.) I don't know what else to check. Here is a list of was done to the car in the last few weeks. I either replaced the part or swaped it out with another part to check it. The car was also put on a Snap-On computer looking unit to check for problems and all checked out fine. (Also no codes.) I am out of Ideas. Anybody else have anymore suggestions?
Thanks....

Replaced:
*Fuel Filter
*Fuel Pump
*NGK Spark Plugs (1 Step colder, gaped to .028 )
*Plug Wires
*Ignition Coil
*Knock Sensor (Also tried moving knock sensor.)
*New Air Filter (HKS)
*Water Temp. Sensor (Also replaced plug with new plug due to corrosion.)
*Waste Gate
*Cap and Rotor

Swapped out:
*ECU
*MAFS

Mods:
*Ignition mod
*Engine grounding mod

Checked:
*Hose Clamps
*Timing

Think back of all the times it has happen and what were the conditions like...for example was the outside temp cold or hot, full/low tank of gas, uphill/downhill, morning/afternoon/night, ect. Maybe your car is fine its just somthing else beside the components of your car cuase it drive bad.
I've heard stories of hard starts, low performance. They tried everything and couldn't figure it out, until the owner notice that it only happen with a full tank of gas. It ended up being everytime they filled up the gas tank it would expand and partialy squeeze the fuel line. well hope you find a common condition that will help you out.

Checked and double checked all clamps and all is good. Did the ignition mod and did not help. Added extra grounding wires from the engine to the body and battery, no change.

Car does it on a full tank, half tank and near empty. It doesn't matter how much fuel I have in the tank. I thought it may be the temp out side, but it does it when its cold and hot out. I thought it may be the Air Temp Sensor, but cant find one, unless its in the MAFS. I've tried swaping it out the MAFS and even bought that MAFS sensor cleaner and no change. Ive driven the car for 75 miles with no problems, then again it would at times change from light to light. A suggestion was made to replace the entire wire harness, but really dont want to do that. I dont think its the turbo set up or the engine. Car idles like a champ, not a single miss. When she is running good, she is running goooooood. Its seems to be either a bad connection or a bad sensor somewhere, but dont know of any other sensor I can replace.

-boost leak test
-compression test

-try swapping engine harnesses. if its anything of those related that u swapped, means the wiring is reason they are freaking out (knock, mafs, tps, coolant temp)

make sure the tps is reading correctly and the screws holding the sensor are tight. could be reading wrong or moving, causing wrong amounts of fuel to be in at different tps levels.
