Solid Subframe Bushings...

Here's the alarming trend that most wouldn't notice.... Everyone here who has them has an S14 (maybe not GreenLightGo). This makes a big difference. When you do solids on an S13, the diff makes a ton of noise because it's directly bolted to the subframe. On the S14, the diff is isolated from the subframe with 4 bushings. It's the 4 bushings that keep the diff noise out of the subframe and car.

beat me to it....
thats basically where all of the noise comes from, the diff. the s14 was intended to give a better ride, so they out more bushings and such throughout the car to take car of as much noise and vibration as possible. thats why solid subframe bushings on an s14 don't increase the noise level that much. the s13 on the other hand, makes much more noise....

i think i could live with the noise rather than hear the subframe moveing al the time, when i get them any one wanna help to put them in.
