could a 95 240 handle on a Garrett t28. stock motor

It could, with supporting mods. Assuming you already have all the piping and such ready along with the manifold. You should consider bigger injectors, MAFS, an ECU Tune and other misc. things. But ya it will handle it but I wouldn't try to run it in the ground otherwise.

hes asking how much boost. not if it can.

i would say no more than 1 bar considering its only a T28 and i wouldnt really spin it higher anyways. som of the SR guys take theirs to 18psi

i've seen 30psi on stock internals. but thats if you have hundreds to blows on an amazing tune.

plus t28's dont go that high i dont think

with that turbo, you ought be able to push as much boost as the turbo can handle. The basic rule of thumb is, 10 pounds daily, 15 ish on the track.
I've seen more. I've seen dailys running at 20 pounds plus, but I wouldn't suggest it.
