go ot ka-t.org. jordon on there is making numbers (341 to the wheels) that most people on here are barely making on DE and SR's. the bottom end is NOT built, stg3 cam and other things but if you talk to him hell say its all in tuning. i say do it, be different.

I say dont waste money on a motor you just spent 2200$ that has that type of warranty on it and either drive it normaly and not worry about it blowing up. or get rid of it and build a better motor. doing something just because its different is stupid when there are better choices out there.

If you really want to be different put a 20b rotory in it.

you bought a 2200 dollar engine with 3 yr warranty etc etc, and you want to boost it now even though the whole point of spending soo much money on an engine was to have the warranty? warranty=no good when you apply aftermarket goodies to the engine. I think you didn't research this topic very well to start with but the damage has already been done. I know you know this but 2200 would have gotten you a ka24e fully built with money left to buy turbo parts.

One reason i bought the motor was because the one i had was modified and i drove it to California from AZ going 112 mph half way. It overheated (Didn't blow head gasket) and stripped the studs out of the head. Well i did a helicoil job on the head and i constantly had to keep tightening the bolts it got irritating i'd drive down the highway and itd sound fine then the lawnmower noise i'd kick in. I went through half a dozen manifold gaskets.
