Might just be a bad ground/signal wire.
Ive had my share of 80's nissan fun wiring problems. Right now my driver's side headlight just stopped working out of the blue. Bulb is fine, things like that keep us busy.

You suck at math, his tire selection alone is throwing his speedo off by 6.1%.
Speed sensors either work or they wont indicate faster than actual speed. Your cluster's speedo could be bad however.
Easiest fix would just be new rims/tires. Some 205/60/16's or 205/55/17's would put it within ~2%
Is your rear end factory? And is your speed sensor in the diff or in the tranny?
you could also use something like this:
TwinTurbo.NET - Our servers have more track time than yours
but that is just a bandaid

Exactly, the speedo on my 200sx doesn't even work at all.... that's another one of those things I think I should work on over winter break.
