wow this thread is so 2001. i thought this was all pretty basic knowledge. all s chassis have speed cut at around 115 to 120 mph. if you want it gone get a rom tune.

 

OK? how do I get rid of it i want more top end

 

The rev limit in 5th gear is at 140mph (not sure what rpm that is) and the SPEED CUT is at 120mph. Cut the yellow with green wire to your ecu to get rid of the speed cut or get a rom tune from my brother to get rid of both.

 

how much will epstien doa rom tune z32 maf, 740cc injectors? and speed/rev limiter

 

500 per ecu, well worth it.

 

lol yes the loveable fuel cut hahaha i remember those days... i was racing some 5.0 we ran from a 40 - .... lol " was on a long bridge with like no cars was around 1 am" got about a car on him got into 4th gear the BAM!!! car cuts out jabs me into steering wheel and guy flies by with hazards lol

i also want to know how to solve this problem because my car tops out at like 130-132 now in 5th gear at 5k rmps. so if anyone solves this please inform me thanks
