it falls out of the ignition when you take a sharp turn? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAHHAHAHAHAHA
ok im done.... hopefully its not anythign major
i believe that the ignition is rivitted on the colum.
there is a little lever if you take the plastic off around it. where the key go's.
when you do that look at the key and right behind it is the little lever its got a red tip.
make sure thats not stuck in the middle or it will happen sometimes. My key got stuck in the ignition alot and that was the problem mabye same issue. just my 0.02.

My work truck does that, first time i was like WTF as the keychain hit the ground.
Find a junkyard car, and steal the doors, trunk, and ignition keysets...
the steering column bolts have nothing to grip onto, so you will have to hammer+chizel rotate them out, and then you can replace them with standard bolts (hex style fit better, because tool goes inside, and not outside, limited work area)
