vg's been done multiple times. but tim is correct, it's no "slice of pie".

 

It may not be plug and play, but i'm sure my boys over there can handle it.

so you have seen pics i`m sure of a vg30dett in a s-chasis, but a vg30et is just too hard? hell, there have been people to put vh45de in s-chasis without much problem. mattback had a vg30et in an s-chasis. not impossible, not hard.

the starter didn`t fit? (a.) i find that hard to believe, tons of room in that engine compartment and the starter fits up under tight to the block (b.) if so, big deal, use a z32 trans. seriously, is the starter not fitting what killed that project...?
