the car will be extremely hard to drive due to overheating...when i changed my radiator (i have really bad luck with my car) the water pump decided to give out so i was lucky but i had i just been changing the water pump it would have taken me forever

Guys i got the car! Love it...
Just there is some overheating problem..
First when we got on the highway there was no problem but then comes the toll and we had to stop so the car temperature start to go up... and after maybe 5 minutes it was like almost right on the 2nd lane. Then i was lucky and took off so it can get more air in it and it was fine again... so when i got to the city it was kinda overheating again on the stoplights. Also what i found wierd is that he has a switch that turns on and off the fans??? whats all that about... so yeah what do you guys think might this overheat problem be coming from?
Thx

Probably the fan if its cool on the freeway, and hot at lights. You are not getting air through your radiator.

Didnt you also say the water pump was shot?

I would not drive the car until you fixed it. Keep it nice, dont blow a headgasket.
