Well see i just spent i dick load of money on getting this motor and the swap and the extra little things i wanted to get so its tuned right. I have no extra money right now to go huge like 400whp, but i am planning on doing that when i get a lil extra money. For right now 270-300whp is fine with me i just dont want to push that motor to much because of all the horror stories about the spun bearings and stuff. I just dont have the money to just get another engine lol. But from what ive seen from many Gti-R powered cars that are running around the hp of 280-300whp they net a mid to low 12sec with decent traction and a decent driver so that horsepower range should suit me! Dont worry i know all about these great Gti-R motors im just gonna let it go its course for a lil bit and then we start going bigger Great thing is im not even gonna worry bout that bottom end other then replaceing the bearings because the bottom end is rediculously beefed out !

hmmm.....SR20noshoe are you running a VE or DE? and if your running a DE then why get rid of C2 cams for VE cams, arent the C2 if im not mistaken, pretty agressive.

Thanks.
Adam

Yes, because motors with strong rods do not need rod/main bearings! Brilliant!

haha thats what i was thinking, but thats cool i defintally would like to see what your 200 has with a 100shot on it. Its funny because now this whole craze has started with us FWD SR20 people with turboing the VE. I guess most people have left the Gti-R in the dust lol! That should be a nasty build though, Good Luck!
