So FWD guys, what parts are needed to make the NEO timing set comaptible with a RWD bottom end? I read that one guy converted to a FWD front cover, but is that really necessary?

I really want to give Andreas Miko a call, now....

Ok i laughed when i saw it to but thats just because i know about the cars and engines, but to answer your question they didnt come in the SE-Rs thats just what people put them in as a swap. The SR20VE's came in the p11 Primera's(Not sold in US) with a CVT tranny and the SR20VET's came in Xtrails but you will most likely never see or get your hands on one of these because they are EXTREMELY rare! But its not uncommon to come by or get your hands on a SR20VE. God I love Nissan FWD engines just hate the fact that im stuck with FWD lol!

Adam

P.S. SR20_Nos_Hoe - are you still quick enough to beat a t25 setup?

Well i blew my SR20DE wit a bluebird setup lol! Right now my car is at the shop getting a GtiR motor in it and will be done by end of this week or so. I just remmeber you saying you were fast enough to race T25 equip Sr20De thats the reason i ask. Plus now that my car has a "lil" T28 lol on it i would love to see what your car is capable of. My mods are as follows -

Gti-R Motor
555cc inj
Mines ECU
SAFC II
Profec Spec II BC
3" Turbo Back Exhaust(Thanks to CFP)

Im sure you know what the Gti-R motor comes with so i dont have to explain it to thoroughly.

With those 555 how many psi you gonna run 18??? I remember you sayin that you had cams for the de any plans for bump sticks on the gtir???

yeh i had cams but when i through a rod and blew the headgasket as you know all the shit dropped to my oil pan so i had nothing to lubricate my cams so they got tore up. I was planning on selling those to get some S3m's for my new motor but i wasnt about to sell someone some junk ass cams. i forgot to add that i have a Z32 maf also. I will be able to run 18psi with no problems its just these motors are known to spin a bearing and i didnt have enough to replace them cuz it cost 900$ for a shop to put them in. Ill probably only want to push 14-16psi at max, but thats plenty enough to run around the 280whp mark! I see your selling your cams, whats your new setup then?

Thanks,
Adam
