How long / how would you guys break in your built SR?

lol, I think everyone has their own rule of thumb. I'd also do the idling and then changing oil, then 500 miles before killing it.

On my RB, after changing the Pistons, bearings, boring etc I did exactly what John Did.
I let it run for 20 mins idoling @ 2-2500 RPM's. The rings almost seat immidiately. I drove around for about 35-40 miles. Went home changed the oil. Compression tested. Then got on WOT in 3rd and 4th gear on about 10 psi. NOT shifting hard. Then was ready to go .
56x hp and 46x lbs of torque later, still running hard, soon to be parted out .

thanks for your opinions / experiences guys I think I wanna dyno today I just cant take it anymore.
