Default What is this part?

So I hit a curb the other night. I snapped a tie rod and this part. I dont know what its called or where to get one any help would be appreciated. I fixed the tie rod so thats good. It is a 89 240 coupe. The part is on the drivers side front.
Thanks Zapatista.

17mm and a breaker bar! You'll need a 17mm closed end, too, to hold the tension rod bolt.

You can also buy the ones from PDM racing. Thats what i got for mine and they are really good! They sell just the bushings too. They are easy to remove if you can borrow a press. Its cheaper too.
