when i sit still and give it a little bump like to 3k my car shoots out big huge puffs of smoke. i dont know why im thinking its bad valve seal guides. what do u guys think it is?

 

Aside from everyone telling you to sell your car.

Check for low oil, you may have a blown headgasket, pretty common. What color is the smoke? black=running rich-burning too much fuel.....

 

its pure white nothin elese just white

 

White smoke is coolant.

Do a compression and leakdown test.

 

gosh...how come you are having so much problems with that car??
take it easy...the car is old and has been beat down pretty bad..
sell it and get something easier to take care of..like a corolla...can't go wrong w/ that

 

you were right for once, valve seals.
fix it, or buy stop smoke and run some of that.
and +1 on not beating on it. its almost 15years old
