well its not white smoke i had my friend watch the smoke comming out the exhaust when i reved to like 2k-3100 and he said it pours black smoke out like crazy. im guessing bad piston rings at this point.

same problem here mine isn't getting enough fuel or to little fuel because it stutters sometimes and the injectors are clicking

 

Its going to be things like this one after the other until you rebuild. You have like 150-200,xxx miles on that thing right?

Scout out a low milage KA24DE, they are cheap.

 

I suggest a leakdown/compression test before you do anything further with it.

 

I already told him to do that. I think he ignored that advice.

Probably going to hold out and go for that 10psi KA-T setup he was talking about. Maybe all the boost will will make the smoke go away.
