Sounds like a headgasket. Only real way for it to become milky will be the mixture of water and oil, blended up by the motor = milk shake.

I have just pulled the head off again and the headgasket doesnt seem to have sealed....Im thinking the the torque wrench was not functioning properly....
The headgasket itself is still in good shape But i was much easier coming off this time than it was originally. Im thinking to try it over again with a NEW torque wrench same specs as before.....
