I was told too that the only problem is that the AC line will need to have new bends on them because the compressor is not the exact same spot, as for the cruise control, I talked to Taylor, he said he done it before, but he didnt say anything more than that.
Im told to just drop in the motor, have the harness redone by Taylor because he knows what hes doing, and that should take care of everything besides the intercooler piping, and engine tuning to make sure the swap is good.

I am too going SR, based on my budget, it looks like i have to go with a S13 SR too. So DETriment, youre not the only one who is finding your own thread useful.

i already have the redtop, it was in my s13, im going to put it in my s14 now that i have that. i assumed it was wiring and intercooler piping that needed slight modifications.

i totally planned on taylor doing the wiring, wouldnt want anyone else touching it. ill boilt it all up and tow it to him. thanks all.

The harness is different then and s13 to s13 swap. If you don't know the wires just pay someone to do it for you. I ordered an s14 intercooler and pipes for my car. The only problem I had was the cold pipe is different for the s13 and s14. I would have been ok if I had bought the greddy manifold. Anyways good luck with it.

FYI, It might be just be easier if you sold your S13 to S13 harness and got another S13 SR harness for the conversion. The S13 to S13 vs. S13 to S14 harness are very different, if not, almost completely different. If you would like, I have extra harness, that I'd not mind trading you.

Let me know, we can work something out.

Thanks

I think you missed my point.

You will still need to get the harness done if we did trade. Just that it might be a cleaner start for Taylor if you had an OEM stock SR harness, rather one that's been converted already.

S13/S13 harness is very easy to convert to S13/S14 swap harness, as long as you have an S14 F3 plug, and S14 wiper plugs available. It would be a waste of time to go searching for another stock s13 sr harness when he already has one. Just make sure you have a complete uncut s14 ka harness, and you will not need anything else.
