It's going to be a series of equations, trust me. On my 24" tire, I measured that the lower pivot is 8" (+/- a 1/4") above the ground. That's also the pivot point in the rear, too.

I'm running 16x8+30 with a 225/50/16 and .4* of camber up front. The tabs on the fender are the only thing that that rubs. If you look straight down over the fender, you see roughly half of the side wall. I would call it very flush, but when I get it aligned and set to 2.5*, I'll probably get a spacer of some sort. The rear with the same wheels/tires is about 15-20mm underflushed, with 3.2* camber.

All setups have -2 camber all around

Setup 1:

17x9.5 +30
MT DT05R

Setup 2:
needed to be lower
20mm front fenders, slightly pulled rear fenders
18x8.5 +25
18x9.5 +30 w/ 5mm spacer
Nismo LMGT4

Setup 3:
20mm front fenders, heavy pull on rear fenders
18x9 +16
18x10 +24 w/5mm spacer

Well its low enough now...hahaah. Scrape evertime pulling in and out of the shop.

Here are some better pictures of it now finally thanks to Mark. Think I need to go to a 10mm spacer in the rear or a little less camber. For some off reason I get this weird feeling a +10 offset would be perfect...hehe
