Hey all, im new to the forum. thinking of getting a infiniti G35.
Basicaly 1st car im gonna buy on my own.. any pointers on price i should start talking to the dealer or tips??

 

ummm, yeah. Monthly payment will run up into at least the $700.00 range, depending on the term, and how much you deposit. Dont forget to find out how much its gonna cost to insure it too. Base model is at like $36,000+, while the awesome Aero package is at $41,000+. Its not that hard to figure out. If you know someone who is leasing/purchasing a car $30k-$40k, just ask them how much they are paying, and that will be your rough estimate. Btw, that car has a very very small trunk.

I think this tread should be in the general cars sections. It deals with more about $ numbers that don't have anything technical to do with Nissan besides the car that you are purchasing is a Nissan/Infiniti.

what year are u gonna get? I had an 04. I had everything including the bose and home link but no nav. it was the biggest chick magnet ever. and the last year they put the brembos on. and the brembos are worth every penny. depending on how much u put down will determin how much your payments are. don't go in negotiating the monthly payment. go in and negotiate the price then deal with the monthly payment. I put 1000 down and my payment was 620 a month. I didn't plan on keeping the car that's why I didn't put much down. get a nice used 04. It was nice at first because it was rare to see one. but now they are a dime a dozen and I hated that. 35k for mine.

 

Im planning on getting an 05 with nav.. I guess i can start at the invoice price.and go from there.
